This sweet corn is amazing, light, and has a sweet buttery flavor without any added ingredients other than the sweet corn.  It possess a practically uniform, yellow color typical of tender sweet corn.  Great for a quick snack, for all ages as it is light and fluffy, and can be reconstituted by soaking in boiling water and it will reabsorb the water to be served as normal cooked sweet corn.
