  1. RC Freeze LLC is not affiliated with an any way or has a sponsorship association or represents any candy companies.

  2. Any trademarks for candies sold are exclusive to each manufacturer and is not owned our claimed to be owned by RC Freeze LLC.

  3. Any freeze-dried candy sold on this site is not created or sold by any of the candy manufacturers.  

  4. Any candy sold by us are authentic but the freeze drying process completely changes the texture, taste, and potency of the flavors; and as such all candy sold HAS BEEN MODIFIED by RC Freeze LLC.  No candies are produced by the original manufacturer.
